I offer three planning packages designed to meet you wherever you are in your wedding planning process, from comprehensive full-service planning to expert day-of coordination.
All packages include:
Wedding rehearsal coordination

On-site wedding day coordination
Two planning meetings (Zoom or in-person)
One “takeover” meeting (held one month prior to the wedding)
Myself and one assistant on the wedding day to oversee setup and takedown

Day-of Coordination
Perfect for organized couples who've handled the planning and need expert execution on the wedding day.

Ideal for couples who want guidance in the final 6 months for vendor recommendations, timeline creation, and seamless day-of coordination.

For those who’ve secured a few foundational vendors but need support refining their vision, sourcing the right creative partners, and ensuring every detail feels cohesive and intentional.
What to expect
Step 1Complimentary Consultation
We'll discuss your vision, timeline, venue, and planning needs. This is your chance to ask questions and make sure we're a good fit.
Step 2Contract & Retainer
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send a detailed contract outlining services, timelines, and investment. A 50% retainer secures your date.
Step 3Planning Kickoff
We'll have our first official planning meeting to review your vision, establish priorities, create a planning timeline, and discuss next steps. I’ll introduce the Google Planning Document.
Step 4Collaborative Planning
Regular check-ins, vendor coordination, timeline development, and design refinement—all based on your chosen package.
Step 5Final Month
Detailed timeline finalization, vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and final venue walkthrough. Final phone call with wedding couple to go over wedding weekend together.
Step 6Rehearsal Day
We will rehearse the ceremony with the wedding party and officiant.
Step 7Wedding Day
You celebrate! I handle everything else.
Add-On Services

Additional Setup Labor: $75/hour per person
For extensive décor setup, hanging installations etc
Weekend Guest Activities: Custom pricing
Coordinate welcome parties, day-after brunches, or guest activities
Décor Setup Scope
What set up is included in all packages:
Escort cards and seating chart display
Guest book and card box setup
Table numbers and place cards placement
Personal items and family photos
Prepared candles
What set up requires additional labor:
Hanging installations (lighting, suspended décor)
Extensive florals
Backdrops, drapes or arch setup (beyond simple placement)
Large-scale décor transformations
Rented furniture
Rented linens or napkins
